1. Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item is unused and unworn
- The item is in original condition without signs of use or damage
- The item is returned in original packaging
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been approved prior to return
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria.
3. Return Authorization Process
To request a return, contact:

- Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Return requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Requests submitted within 10 business days of delivery may be prioritized.
⚠️ Returns sent without prior RMA approval may be refused or discarded at our discretion.
4. Return Categories and Resolutions
4.1 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are entitled to:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund to the original payment method
Conditions:
- The issue must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery
- Clear photographic evidence is required
Shipping:
- Return shipping costs will be reimbursed upon submission of a valid receipt if a refund is requested
- For replacements, return shipping costs are not reimbursed
4.2 Size Exchange
We offer a free size exchange under the following conditions:
- Request within 30 days
- Item is unused and in original condition
In certain cases, return of the original item may not be required. This is determined at our sole discretion.
4.3 Change of Mind Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days
- The item must be unused and unworn
Refund type:
- Refunds are issued as store credit (Das Juwel Gift Card) only
Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
5. Non Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as Final Sale or discounted sale items
- Used or worn items
- Items returned after the 30 day return period
- Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer
6. Restocking Fee
For non defective returns, a restocking fee of up to 15 percent may be applied.
This fee reflects inspection, handling, and restocking costs.
7. Return Shipping Instructions
Approved returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged due to inadequate packaging or carrier issues
8. Inspection and Processing
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
- Refunds, replacements, or store credits are processed only after inspection
- Processing time may take up to 10 business days after receipt
We reserve the right to reduce or deny refunds if the returned item does not meet eligibility requirements.

- Complete product sets must be returned in full
- Partial returns of bundled items may be rejected
- Excessive, abusive, or fraudulent return behavior may result in refusal of future returns or account restrictions
